PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of the processing of personal data is to use them for the performance of the consumer contract that the seller concludes with the buyer by creating an order in this online store. This consumer contract is also the legal basis for the processing of the buyer’s personal data. The provision of the personal data of the buyer is a contractual requirement that is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. The provision of personal data is a condition for making a purchase in the seller’s e-shop. If the buyer does not provide the seller with all the required personal data, this may result in the purchase contract not being concluded.

When processing personal data, the Seller acts in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and processes only the personal data necessary for the conclusion of the consumer contract

By ticking the appropriate box before submitting the order, the Buyer may consent, within the meaning of the Act, to the Seller processing and storing his/her personal data, in particular those listed above and/or which are necessary for the Seller’s activities related to sending information on new products, discounts and promotions on the goods offered, and to processing them in all its information systems related to sending information on new products, discounts and promotions on the goods offered.

The Seller undertakes to handle and dispose of the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic.

  1. The Buyer will be asked to confirm by ticking the box that the Seller has sufficiently, clearly and unmistakably informed the Buyer before sending the order:
  1. its identification data, which are set out in Article 1 of these Terms and Conditions,
  2. the identification data of the third party, which is the company that will supply the Buyer with the ordered goods, so that these data are indicated in the acceptance,
  3. the purpose of the processing of personal data, which is the conclusion of the purchase contract between the Seller and the Buyer,
  4. that it will process the Buyer’s personal data in the scope of name and surname, permanent address including postal code, telephone number and e-mail address, if the Buyer is a natural person, and in the scope of the company name, registered office address including postal code, registration number, telephone number and e-mail address, if the Buyer is a legal person,
  5. that the buyer is obliged to provide the requested personal data,
  1. the Buyer has the right to request in writing that the Seller
  1. confirm whether or not personal data concerning him are processed,
  2. the purpose of the processing of the personal data,
  3. information in a generally comprehensible form about the processing of his personal data in the information system and about its status in the scope:
    1. identification data of the seller and the seller’s representative, if appointed,
    2. the identification data of the processor; this shall not apply if the seller does not proceed in accordance with Article 34 of the PDPA when obtaining the personal data,
  4. in a generally intelligible form, precise information on the source from which it obtained the personal data for processing,
  5. in a generally intelligible form, a copy of their personal data subject to processing,
  6. such other information as is necessary to enable the acquirer to safeguard its rights and legitimate interests, taking into account all the circumstances and conditions of the processing of personal data, in particular to the extent that
    1. instruction on the voluntariness or the obligation to provide the requested personal data; if the Seller obtains the Buyer’s personal data on the basis of the Buyer’s consent pursuant to the PDPA, the Seller shall also notify the Buyer of the period of validity of the consent, and if the Buyer’s obligation to provide the personal data results from a directly enforceable legally binding act of the European Union, an international treaty by which the Slovak Republic is bound or a law, the Seller shall notify the Buyer of the legal basis which imposes this obligation and inform the Buyer of the consequences of refusing to provide the personal data,
    2. information on third parties to whom the personal data is or is deemed to be disclosed,
    3. the range of recipients to whom the personal data are or are deemed to be disclosed,
    4. the form of disclosure, if personal data are to be disclosed,
    5. third countries, if it is envisaged or understood that personal data will be transferred to those countries,
  7. the rectification of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated personal data subject to processing,
  8. the destruction of his or her personal data where the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled; where official documents containing personal data are the subject of the processing, he or she may request their return,
  9. the destruction of his/her personal data subject to processing if there has been a breach of the PDPA or other applicable Slovak legislation.
