Fee for exchange of goods

Request for product or colour replacement:

1) Purchase our nominal exchange fee of €7 to cover shipping.

(Fee for returning the item from you to us and sending the new item to you)

2) Send an email to info@feelthesilk.sk with the exchange fee order number and your original order number along with the details of the exchange.

3) Send your original undamaged order back (our support staff will provide you with identification details for your return address).

4) Once we receive the returned product, we will send you a new order within 48 hours.
