Helps you relax and fall asleep on your back.
The correct position when sleeping on your back: head supported, spine relaxed.
Conventional pillows often do not provide the head with the necessary support:
- The head tilts to one side, causing tension in the neck.
- This tension forces the neck to change position during sleep.
- The spine twists and deforms.
Special design of the Aula cushion with side headrests
- The head is supported on both sides, allowing the neck to relax.
- It gently maintains this position during sleep.
- Your spine stays healthily straight.
Correct head and body position when sleeping on your back.
Ordinary pillows cause an unnatural sagging of the neck:
- The lower part of the neck does not have enough support.
- The chin tilts towards the chest, creating an unnatural neck bend.
- Circular wrinkles form around the neck.
Headrests and Neckrests:
- Fully adjusts to the back of the head and neck when sleeping on your back.
- The head and neck form a single line with the body.
- Wrinkles do not form around the neck.

Benefits of sleeping on your back.
Skincare:
Sleeping on your back on the AULA pillow effectively reduces the risk of wrinkles because it does not expose the skin to pressure and friction against the pillow, which can cause skin distortion and wrinkles.
This position allows for better circulation and can help reduce facial swelling.
Health Care
The ergonomic design of the AULA pillow is specifically designed to support the natural curves of the cervical and thoracic spine.
This keeps the spine in a straight position, minimizing tension and pain, and improving overall sleep quality and physical well-being.
The perfect release
The design of the AULA pillow is optimized for head and neck stability, limiting the need to change position during the night.
This contributes to deeper and less interrupted sleep, improving the quality of rest and body recovery during the night.

What are sleep wrinkles?
They look like normal wrinkles, but they do not arise from repeated facial expressions, but from skin contact with the pillow.
As you get older, these wrinkles don’t disappear in the morning and become permanent.
They usually form around the eyes, on the philtrum (the hump between the nose and mouth), around the nose and on the forehead.
Often, the skin deforms along the lines of existing expression lines, making them deeper and more pronounced.
The photographs are taken on glass, but similar wrinkles also appear on a pillow. The harder the pillow, the more pressure on the skin.
The average head weighs 5 kg, which puts a lot of pressure on your skin when you sleep on your side or stomach. See how the skin can stretch and compress during 8 hours of sleep on an ordinary pillow.
